Booking Terms & Conditions

Once we have talked through your desired treatment and you wish to book you will be required to sign an electronic consent form and pay a non-refundable booking fee of £50.

This is transferable once when over 72hrs notice has been given. ANY cancellations/ reschedules within 72hrs of your appointment will incur 50% of your total treatment cost payable.

If you have any problems with an appointment you have scheduled, please contact me asap and I will do my best to accommodate, this isn’t always possible. Unlike many other treatments we choose to have pre care and preparation is necessary for PMU which is why it can be difficult to fill an appointment slot. I allocate 3hrs out of my diary for a new treatment.

If you cancel, reschedule within 72hrs of a top up appointment, or arrive more than 15mins after your appointment time, you will forfeit your top up session, and a £50 fee will be due when booking the new session. Top ups are classed anywhere from 6-12 weeks after your first session, anything after 12 weeks is classed as a colour boost session which is £150.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule appointment which would result in a loss of your booking fee and a new booking fee payable if you rebook your treatment. Please be considerate that I am a small business with bills to be paid and clients appointments to fulfil.
