Hello, my name is Stacey the owner of Permanently Defined Permanent Make Up. Have no idea what to ask for…..Its ok to be clueless! That’s why I am here! If you don’t know what the difference is between tattoo eyebrows, powder brows, microblading or anything else, but want to improve your brows…leave it to me to explain and guide you.

I offer a full range of Semi-Permanent eyebrow treatments including Powder Brows, Microblading, Ombre Brows and Combination Brows. I also offer eyeliner and lip blush.

I specialise in a treatment called Powder Brows, an alternative to microblading! I love to work on a variety of ages 18+ (86 years my oldest to date) creating soft natural looks. Each treatment is specifically designed to each clients facial structure, hair, skin colour and goals of how they would like their brows too look.
